Guests may use the website and application at their own risk. While we strive to provide a safe and reliable experience, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Services for guest users. By using the Services as a guest, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with such use.

MyVitals is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. You acknowledge that the use of the Services does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and RE.DOCTOR, LLC or any of its affiliates.

The Services and all content and materials included on or otherwise made available to you through the Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of RE.DOCTOR, LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.
The compilation of all content on the Services is the exclusive property of RE.DOCTOR, LLC and is protected by international copyright laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We are not obligated to retain or provide you with copies of any data or content you have stored or made available through the Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RE.DOCTOR, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
RE.DOCTOR, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
In no event shall RE.DOCTOR, LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including without limitation, lost profits, data loss, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (iii) any errors or omissions in the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RE.DOCTOR, LLC and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If there is any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, we will attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Mexico.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Services prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
